Policies and Guarantees
- Q: How do I place an order?
You can select the products you wish to purchase from us from any section where you can click on “Add to Basket”, i.e. the home page, the special offers page or from a category. For products that have several different options, e.g. size, click on “Select Options” to go to the item detail page from which you will be able to select the option you require and also enter the quantity you wish to order.
- Once you have selected the items you wish to order, click on the shopping basket symbol located on the right hand side of the main menu bar or “Shopping Basket” located in The “USEFUL INFORMATION” section at the bottom of each page in order to review your order.
- Here you can update the order quantities or delete items that you have decided that you no longer want. You can also enter the coupon code if you have been given one for special discounts. If you have made any changes, click on “Update Shopping Basket”. Then click on “Proceed to Checkout”.
- In the checkout you can log in if you already have an account and your default details will be entered automatically or else you will need to enter all your shipping and billing details. If you haven’t logged in, you have an option to create an account (see separate help topic for more information).
- In the “Your Order” section you can select the “Shipping” method from a drop down list.
- Choose the payment method (currently PayPal) that you wish to use and you will need to confirm that you have read the terms and conditions which can be viewed by clicking on “terms & conditions”.
- Click on Place Order.
- You will then be taken to our third-party payments partner to make your payment.
- On returning from making your payment, you will reach an order received screen.
- Once we have received your payment, you will also receive an email from us confirming the order as well probably one from our third-party payments provider.
- When we have dispatched your order, we will change the order status to completed email.
Please note: We do not process the order until the order goes into processing status. Some payment make take some time to go through, during which the order will be in pending status.

- Q: How do I track my orders?
If you have an account, then access your account (see separate help topic) and you will be able to see all your recent orders, the order number, date, ship to address, total cost and status. Further details are available if you click on “View”.
If you do not have an account with us, then click on “Track my order” from the “USEFUL INFORMATION” section at the bottom of any page and enter your order number and email address that you used when you made the order. You should be able to find your order number in the order confirmation email that you received. You will then be able to see the order status and details.

- Q: How do I make returns?
Please refer to our terms and conditions for our 30-Day Returns Guarantee for details on your rights to return items. If you need to make a return please contact us first by email (info@haloheadbanduk.com) or using our contact form and we will provide you with an address for where to make the return.

- Q: Do I need an account to buy from Halo Headband UK?
No you don’t, although it helps if you are making repeat orders since it will make entering your customer details easier and you will be able to see all the orders you have made. If you don’t set up an account, you can still order from us and so long as you have your order number and email address that you used to make the order, you will be able to track its status.

- Q: How do I create an account?
You can create an account as you checkout an order:
- Once you have selected your purchases and added them to your shopping basket, go to the checkout.
- Enter your Billing and Shipping details
- Click on “Create an Account (at the bottom of the Billing Address) and a form opens up to allow you to enter a username, password and password confirmation.
- Enter these details and complete the remaining checkout information.
- Your account will be created when you click on “Place Order”

- Q: How do I access my account?
From the main menu bar, click on “Account” or from the bottom of any page click on “Your Account” in the “USEFUL INFORMATION” section.
If you are not already logged in, you will be requested to enter your username and password. Enter those details and click on “Login”.
Once logged in, you will see your account details.
Whilst you are logged in you will see a welcome message at the top of the page as well as a link to allow you to log out.

- Q: How do I change my billing or shipping details?
Log into your account (see separate help topic), or if you are already logged in, select “My Account”. From there, you will see your default billing and shipping addresses. Click on “Edit” to access a screen to change your details and then click on “Update Address” to complete the updates.

- Q: How do I change my password?
Access you account (see separate help topic). From there, click on “change your password” in the “My Account” section.
There you will be requested to enter your new password and confirm it. Click on “Save” to make the update.

- Q: What do I do if I lost my password?
If you have lost or forgotten your password, then you can reset it by clicking on “Lost Password?” from either when you are accessing your account or logging in when checking out (see separate help topics for further details).
Enter the email address you used to create the account on the new page that appears and click on “Get New Password”.
An email will be sent to you with a link to where you can reset your password.

Where you enter your order or account information and when placing an order through the checkout, this website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security.
