30-Day Returns Guarantee
If for any reason you are unhappy with any item purchased from Halo Headband UK Limited, you can return it to us in its original condition. In such circumstances, items should be returned unworn with all label and tags intact and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for it (less postage costs if applicable). Please contact us within 30 days of the date you receive your order for a returns address.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.
In addition to your 30-day returns guarantee, by law, customers in the European Union purchasing on-line are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 calendar days after the date the item is delivered.
When returning products to us for refund or exchange, you must pay for the appropriate postage costs. Please note: due to hygiene reasons we are unable to take back any non faulty headphones where the security seal is broken.
